Contractbook is a contract lifecycle management platform for creating, organizing, sharing, sending, and signing contracts.
Set it up in Melso
- 1In Melso, open Settings → Agent Apps and hit Connect on Contractbook.
- 2Finish the API_KEY sign-in in the window that opens. Melso stores the connection, not your credentials.
- 3Open your agent, go to its Agent Apps tab, and allow Contractbook.
- 4Give the agent a task. It calls Contractbook itself when the work needs it.

Create Document From Template
Create a draft document from a Contractbook template, optionally overriding its document fields; this does not send the draft for signature.
Permanently Delete Document
Permanently destroy a Contractbook document with no restore option. Signed documents cannot be deleted through this API; Contractbook rejects signed or otherwise undeletable documents rather than reporting success.
