Set it up in Melso
- 1In Melso, open Settings → Agent Apps and hit Connect on Coresignal.
- 2Finish the API_KEY sign-in in the window that opens. Melso stores the connection, not your credentials.
- 3Open your agent, go to its Agent Apps tab, and allow Coresignal.
- 4Give the agent a task. It calls Coresignal itself when the work needs it.

Get Real-Time Employee Profile
Retrieve an employee profile, using cached data up to max_age hours old (24 by default); set max_age=0 to request current data. Requires the connected account's separate Real-time Employee API entitlement and may take up to 30 seconds.
Fast Search
Turn a natural-language employee, company, or job search into an Elasticsearch query, or return matching preview records. Prefer this lower-cost search unless deeper reasoning or clarification is needed; each call consumes Coresignal credits.
Search With Reasoning
Run a higher-cost natural-language search that explains its interpretation and can request clarification. Use when fast search is ambiguous or reasoning is valuable; a query-mode call consumed 100 trial credits in testing, data-mode cost varies, clarification requests do not consume credits, and the endpoint is limited to 10 requests per hour.
