How to switch
An orderly switch, with nothing left half done.
- Download your invoices, expenses, ledgers and filed returns with their receipts from your current service.
- List anything pending: this quarter's returns, letters from Hacienda or payments.
- We agree which quarter Melso starts with and who handles each part in the meantime.
- We review a sample of your documents before we start.
- You authorise the switch and keep the receipts for what was already filed. Don't cancel your previous service until the handover is agreed.
