Who it's for

For people with a lot riding on every decision.

  • You're moving to Spain

With wealth or income abroad. Many decisions have to be made before the move, not after.
  • You're selling a company

Or just have. What you decide before signing matters more than what you do afterwards.
  • Executives and professionals

With high salaries, stock options or bonuses taxed at the top rate.
  • Business families

Who want to keep the family business exemption and plan the next generation.
  • You're leaving Spain

With shares that can trigger Spain's exit tax when you change residence.
  • Heirs

Receiving wealth now or later, and wanting to know what is taxed, and where.
The 2026 figures

The rules that change your numbers.

With significant wealth, three or four rules decide most of what you pay in Spain. These are the main ones, with their source in the Spanish Official Gazette (BOE).

€700,000

General tax-free allowance of the wealth tax (Impuesto sobre el Patrimonio), plus up to €300,000 for your main home. Above €2 million you must file even if nothing is due.

Law 19/1991, arts. 4, 28 and 37
€3M

Taxable base above which the solidarity tax on large fortunes applies. Above it, living in a region that relieves the wealth tax, like Madrid, doesn't mean paying nothing.

Law 38/2022, art. 3
30%

Top income tax (IRPF) rate on dividends, interest and capital gains, from €300,000 of savings income.

Law 35/2006, arts. 66 and 76
24%

Flat rate of the inbound workers' regime, the “Beckham Law”, on employment income up to €600,000, for the year you arrive and the next five.

Law 35/2006, art. 93
€4M

Value of shares above which exit tax applies when you leave after 10 of the last 15 years as a resident. Or €1M if you own more than 25% of a company.

Law 35/2006, art. 95 bis
60%

Combined cap on income and wealth tax as a share of your income tax base. The wealth tax can be cut by no more than 80%.

Law 19/1991, art. 31

National rules in 2026. Spain's regions (comunidades autónomas) change allowances, rates and reliefs for the wealth tax and for inheritance and gift tax.

What we look at

All your wealth, in one plan.

We look at your taxes together, because a decision on one changes what you pay on the others.

  • Income tax (IRPF): employment, savings and business income
  • Wealth tax and solidarity tax, region by region
  • Inheritance and gift tax, including lifetime gifts
  • Family holding companies and the family business exemption
  • Selling a company: before, during and after signing
  • Tax residence and double tax treaties
  • Beckham Law on arrival, exit tax on departure
  • Assets abroad: forms 720 and 721
Who does it

AI that reads every country's tax law. Professionals who decide.

The AI does the exhaustive analysis, country by country. Judgement and responsibility belong to people.

  • The AI analyzes

It reads your deeds, returns and statements, cross-checks each country's law and its treaties, and models scenarios. It watches for law changes that affect you.
  • Your advisers decide

Tax professionals review each scenario, choose the measures and stand behind them. They talk to you, not to a form.
  • You approve

You see each measure with its legal basis, risk and cost, and nothing is applied or filed without your approval.
How we work

From a first conversation to a plan reviewed every year.

  1. 01

    Confidential conversation

45 minutes with an adviser. You tell us your situation and plans; ranges are enough, not exact figures.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis

We gather your documents and verify your identity and the source of your wealth, as Spanish anti-money-laundering law requires.

  3. 03

    Scenarios

The AI calculates what you would pay under each option: residence, structure, timing. Your advisers rule out whatever doesn't hold up.

  4. 04

    Written plan

Each measure with its legal basis, risk and cost. You review it with your adviser and decide what is applied.

  5. 05

    Implementation and filing

We coordinate with your notary, your bank and your advisers in other countries, and file the agreed returns once you approve them.

  6. 06

    Ongoing review

Every year, and whenever the law or your life changes: a sale, an inheritance, a move.

What we don't do

Only planning you can defend.

Choosing between the options the law offers is legitimate. Faking transactions to pay less is not.

  • Every measure has a legal basis and a real business reason, not just a tax one.
  • No shell companies, nominees or opaque structures.
  • If a measure is a cross-border arrangement that must be reported to the tax agency (DAC6), we report it.
  • We don't promise savings before we've seen your numbers.
  • If a strategy wouldn't survive a tax audit, we tell you.
